A diferen\u00e7a na participa\u00e7\u00e3o e remunera\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres no mercado de trabalho ainda existe, mas dados mais recentes da Rela\u00e7\u00e3o Anual de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Sociais (Rais), do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho, revelam que os n\u00fameros aumentaram nos \u00faltimos anos. Segundo o estudo, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina passou de 40,85%, em 2007, para 44% em 2016.<\/p>\n
E quando o assunto \u00e9 ganho salarial a not\u00edcia tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 positiva. Isso porque, no per\u00edodo analisado, a diferen\u00e7a salarial diminuiu de 17% para 15%. Em 2007, o rendimento dos homens era R$ 1.458,51 e das mulheres R$ 1.207,36. J\u00e1 em 2016, a m\u00e9dia salarial masculina era de R$ 3.063,33 e a feminina, R$ 2.585,44.<\/p>\n
Atualmente, o Distrito Federal \u00e9 a \u00fanica unidade da federa\u00e7\u00e3o onde o rendimento das mulheres \u00e9 maior do que o dos homens. O contr\u00e1rio acontece em S\u00e3o Paulo, onde foi registrada a maior diferen\u00e7a salarial entre g\u00eaneros.<\/p>\n
