A medida foi determinada pelo ministro Raul Ara\u00fajo.<\/p>\n
O magistrado do TSE atendeu a um pedido do Partido Liberal (PL), que entrou, neste s\u00e1bado (26), com uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o na Corte contra o festival de m\u00fasica ap\u00f3s artistas como Pabllo Vittar criticarem o atual presidente e exaltarem o ex-presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT), principal advers\u00e1rio de Bolsonaro nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es deste ano.<\/p>\n
Ao decidir recorrer da decis\u00e3o, o Lollapalooza pediu a revis\u00e3o da determina\u00e7\u00e3o e que nenhuma penalidade seja aplicada. Para os organizadores, \u201cn\u00e3o se pode querer transformar os eventos culturais em movimentos absolutamente neutros, sem participa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica, sem que os leg\u00edtimos interesses pol\u00edticos sejam expressos, ou seja, n\u00e3o se pode querer que os diversos eventos sociais n\u00e3o possam ter uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa nas quest\u00f5es eleitorais\u201d.<\/p>\n
Ao proibir as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es, o ministro Raul Ara\u00fajo disse que \u201ca manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o exteriorizada pelos artistas durante a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no evento, tal qual descrita na inicial, e retratada na documentada anexada, caracteriza propaganda pol\u00edtico-eleitoral\u201d.<\/p>\n
De acordo com o despacho do magistrado, fica proibida \u201ca realiza\u00e7\u00e3o ou manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de propaganda eleitoral ostensiva e extempor\u00e2nea em favor de qualquer candidato ou partido pol\u00edtico por parte dos m\u00fasicos e grupos musicas que se apresentem no festival\u201d, sob pena de multa de R$ 50 mil por ato de descumprimento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
