A operadora Oi recebeu uma suspens\u00e3o por parte do Procon\/SC ap\u00f3s registrar, nos primeiros tr\u00eas meses de 2022, 23.994 reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de clientes, sendo a primeira empresa na lista de insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos consumidores. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o de monitoramento aplicou uma medida cautelar que suspende as atividades da Oi em Santa Catarina por cinco dias.<\/p>\n
A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Procon sobre as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es foram contabilizadas pelo Sistema Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es de Defesa do Consumidor, e abrange tamb\u00e9m as cr\u00edticas feitas pelo clientes durante o ano de 2021. Ficou constatado que a maior parte das queixas eram de clientes de planos p\u00f3s-pago.<\/p>\n
O \u00f3rg\u00e3o considerou que a empresa infringe o C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor, provocando preju\u00edzos aos catarinenses. Agora, a Oi ter\u00e1 um prazo de 48 horas para apresentar o chamado plano de p\u00f3s venda para auxiliar os consumidores que se sentiram lesados, de alguma forma, pela empresa, al\u00e9m de 10 dias para apresentar defesa.<\/p>\n
\u201cEsta j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira vez que a empresa \u00e9 notificada pelo Procon\/SC. E, infelizmente, com a reincid\u00eancia, tivemos que tomar medidas mais en\u00e9rgicas\u201d, explica o diretor do \u00f3rg\u00e3o estadual, Tiago Silva.<\/p>\n
Entre janeiro e mar\u00e7o deste ano, a empresa liderou a lista de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es feitas por consumidores, com den\u00fancias por problemas no servi\u00e7o de banda larga, telefonia pr\u00e9 e p\u00f3s-paga, bloqueio, suspens\u00e3o indevida de servi\u00e7os e cancelamentos.<\/p>\n
Em caso de descumprimento da medida cautelar, a empresa receber\u00e1 multas di\u00e1rias, caracterizando crime de desobedi\u00eancia, sujeito a san\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas.<\/p>\n
